Government ITIs are equipped with well-maintained classrooms designed to provide a comfortable and focused learning environment for trainees. Each classroom is furnished with:.

  • Ergonomic seating and writing desks
  • Whiteboards or smart boards for interactive learning
  • Adequate ventilation and lighting
  • List Item
  • Charts, models, and trade-specific diagrams
  • AV equipment for multimedia instruction (in select trades)


The theory classes are delivered by experienced instructors using updated NCVT/SCVT syllabus, focusing on trade theory, basic science, mathematics, and employability skills. Classroom learning forms the foundation for technical knowledge and professional development.

🔧 Workshops: Where Skills Meet Hands-on Practice
Workshops are the core strength of any ITI, as they provide hands-on experience in real-world tools, machinery, and techniques. Each trade has its own dedicated workshop, equipped as per NCVT/SCVT standards.

  • Modern Tools & Machines:
    Equipped with lathes, welding machines, CNC simulators, plumbing sets, electrical panels, multimeters, and other domain-specific tools.
  • Safety First:
    Proper safety measures, PPEs (gloves, helmets, aprons), fire extinguishers, and first-aid kits are maintained in all workshops.
  • Welder: Arc and gas welding units, welding tables, masks, and regulators
  • Mechanic (Motor Vehicle): Actual engine models, transmission systems, and tool kits
  • COPA / IT: Computer labs with updated software and internet access
  • Instructor Supervision:
    Practical sessions are conducted under the supervision of qualified instructors and lab assistants, ensuring safety, discipline, and proper technique.
  • Regular Assessment:
    Trainees are assessed through practical tasks, skill tests, and project work to monitor their progress and readiness for industrial jobs.
