Admission Procedure
Introduction:
Industrial Training Institutes (ITIs) in Haryana offer vocational training in various technical trades. These programs are aimed at skill development and employment generation for youth. The Department of Skill Development and Industrial Training, Haryana conducts the admission process online every year, usually during June–July.

Age Limit Minimum: 14 years (as of July 31); No upper age limit
Educational Qualification Passed Class 8 / 10 / 12 (depending on trade)
Nationality Must be an Indian citizen
Domicile Permanent resident of Haryana OR studied in Haryana for at least 3 years
Required Documents
- Marksheet of Class 8th / 10th / 12th (as applicable)
- Birth certificate / Age proof
- Haryana Domicile Certificate
- Caste Certificate (if applicable)
- Aadhaar Card
- Passport-size photographs
- EWS/BC certificate (if applicable)
- Bank Passbook copy
- PwD certificate (if applicable)
STEP BY STEP GUIDE:
REGISTRATION
- Visit the official website and create a new account
- Verify with OTP using mobile number and email
- Fill Personal & Educational Details:
- Enter personal info, address, educational background, etc.
- Choose your preferred trade(s) and nearby ITI(s)
- You can choose multiple options
- Upload scanned copies of required documents

Pay Application Fee:
General Category: ₹100 , Reserved Categories / Female candidates: ₹50
Payment via online mode (Net Banking / Debit/Credit Card)
Submit Application & Take Printout
MERIT LIST & COUNSELLING PROCESS
- No entrance exam is conducted
- A merit list is prepared based on academic marks (usually Class 10th)
- Merit lists are published online
- Online counselling rounds are held (usually 3 rounds)
- After seat allotment, visit the allotted ITI for document verification and admission fee payment
